Alyse Iliffe
Occupational Therapist
I’m an Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA, working primarily with neurodivergent adults. My training in occupational therapy, alongside additional study in mental health, executive functioning, sensory processing, and nervous system-informed practice, shapes a structured and evidence-informed approach to my work.
Before focusing predominantly on adults, I spent several years supporting children and families, developing a deep understanding of neurodevelopment across the lifespan. Over time, my work naturally shifted toward adults navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, and complex life demands.
I’m especially drawn to working with people who think deeply, value insight, and want their lives to feel more intentional. I appreciate the honesty, creativity, humour, and directness that often come with neurodivergent ways of thinking.
My practice has also been shaped by my own experience of redesigning work and life to better align with capacity and values while recovering from burnout. I understand how disorienting it can feel when effort doesn’t translate into ease - and how steadying it is when daily structures genuinely fit.
I care deeply about offering a service that is thoughtful and well-considered. That means taking time with assessment, being deliberate about intervention, and shaping support that is responsive to your real-life context.
