Who I work with

I work with adults who experience challenges related to:

  • ADHD

  • autism (ASD)

  • burnout and chronic overwhelm

  • executive functioning and follow-through

  • sensory processing and regulation

  • stress, nervous system fatigue, and reduced capacity

  • routines, roles, work/study demands, and life transitions

You do not need a formal diagnosis or referral from a healthcare professional to access support.

Appointment information

Booking

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting Alyse directly. An short intake form with personal details will be emailed to you and must be completed prior to the first session. Ongoing sessions can be booked at the end of your initial appointment or online at a time that suits you.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us to cancel or reschedule.

Appointment types and fess

All appointments will be via telehealth.

Initial Consultation (60 mins) – $275
A longer first appointment to understand your goals, daily demands, strengths, and barriers. Includes intake review and clinical documentation before and after session.

Follow-up Consultation (50 mins) – $220
Follow-up sessions focused on practical strategies, routines, capacity building, and support implementation. Includes clinical documentation after session.

Report writing / letters / documentation - $220/hr
Available where clinically appropriate and discussed in session.

Funding options

Medicare

Clients with a chronic medical condition may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to five occupational therapy sessions per calendar year under a GP Chronic Condition Management plan (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care or EPC plan). You will need a specific referral from your General Practitioner (GP) to access this rebate. The current rebate is approximately $61.80 per session, with an out of pocket fee payable.


Private health insurance

Private health insurance rebates may be available depending on your level of cover and provider. Please contact your health fund directly to confirm eligibility and rebate amounts prior to your appointment. Please advise if you are claiming through private health insurance so the correct item code is used.

NDIS: self-managed

Self-managed NDIS participants can use funding from their Improved Daily Living budget to pay for occupational therapy services. An invoice will be provided for you to claim reimbursement through the NDIS portal. Please ensure you have sufficient funding available under the relevant support category prior to booking.
